Whenever a project enters the debugging phase, we always encounter various problems. If multiple micro differential pressure transmitters experience severe zero drift and some exhibit periodic fluctuations, the main reasons for this situation may be as follows:

(4) The influence of mechanical displacement.

In order to determine the cause of the problem, we have to investigate it one by one. Firstly, we need to inspect the pressure pipeline to detect the presence of stress. If significant stress is found, stress relief work must be carried out. Secondly, check if the transmitter is installed firmly. If the transmitter is not installed firmly, it will cause mechanical displacement and zero drift of the transmitter.
